What a bully! I am outraged on behalf of Ms. Napolitano. I suppose muslims have replaced communism if we want to play “We got you, you commie bastard!”
How do we prevent the bullying that is coming from our elected officials? Does this behavior bother anyone else?
Hooray for Rep. Gohmert. I have always loved the guy. Napolitano and Holder are two of the ones who need to be bullied 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are both absolute disgraces, as is their boss.
There is certainly no accounting for bad judgement. Interesting that you feel its fine to bully. I find yes or no questions lend themselves to binary thinking. Gohmert should resign in disgrace.
I’m outraged that she refused to answer his question and attempted to spin it as first, a bigoted attack on muslims in general, and then an attack on her office. I applaud Rep. Gohmert for not getting sidetracked and spun. She needs to answer the questions AS ASKED.
The man in question is accused of leaking sensitive information and evidence shows that he was the only one with access. If I had come under suspicion like that in regards to sensitive info, I would have been charged with crimes.

You apparently have a different idea of civilized behavior than I do.
And you think yes or no answers will lead to discover of the truth?
I am outraged over this behavior.
She and any other American citizen has the absolute right to explain her answer.
I don’t care what it is over.
Forcing anyone to answer framed questions in yes or no form isn’t any kind of discovery. He was rude, crude and socially unacceptable.
Very much fits into McCarthyism. “spin” ? AS ASKED? It sounded to me like “when did you stop beating your wife?”
Why is it that you are willing to abandon all rules of civility to accomplish what you perceive as your political goals?
He did not ask a leading trick question. He was trying to determine her knowledge of the facts which she was avoiding. The problem was that the man in question was still in a position of power. When she was asked, she deflected and slandered him.
There was no McCarthyism here. Rules of civility also demand that she answer the questions instead of begging the question and spinning. If she had answered, we would have gotten to more developed answers, but she succeeded in running out his time which was her goal.
Any time the left talks about civilized behavior, sentient beings’ BS alerts should be clanging at volume 10. Bully Napolitano (and Holder)? Yes, please, at every opportunity.
Stuff the left, pokie. You keep mouth flashing and you have said nothing nor contributed to the conversation because you cant move past another binary choice-left or right.
@Cargosquid
Why do you say qualifying an answer is spinning? You don’t even know what she was trying to say because she was interrupted so many times. Some questions just aren’t yes or no.
I know how that game is played, by the way. It isn’t acceptable.
He is Mr. McCarthy in my book. He is a bully. Nothing makes me angrier than men cutting off women and talking over them. I don’t like it alot when they do it to other men.
The spinning started when she equated the questions about Elibiary to be an attack on Muslims in general instead of answering why a man like him was still in a sensitive position. She continued to deflect instead of answering the questions. Were the questions asked to make her look bad and corner her? Yes. Because she didn’t want to answer the questions.
You don’t like it when they cut off people? So…instead of answering the simple question, she should be allowed to spin and run down his time to prevent more questions? Which she succeeded in doing after all?
You consider this bullying? I look forward to the videos of Pelosi, Schumer, etc being criticized.
If she can’t handle the heat, she needs to resign.
She never had a chance to do anything. She was interrupted, each and every time.
Yes I consider that bullying. Let the woman finish her sentence. After that, he could respond.
Absolutely, no one should have to answer a question yes or no without being allowed to qualify that answer. We are speaking of 2 professionals, not an errant school girl being punished.
No, he should resign if he cannot resist being a rude pig.
She should resign if she can’t answer a simple yes or no to the question, “did she know something.”
Let her answer that first THEN she can explain. The words Yes or No had to be dragged from her. I consider her to be stonewalling and deflecting because she knows that she’s in the wrong.
