18 Thoughts to “Ohio goes to Obama! Is the race over?!!!!!!!”

  1. Look on the WAPO front page. The map gives you up-to-date results and you can click on your state, too.

  2. It’s over, there’s no way McCain can get to 270 without Ohio

  3. BVBL Reports

From BVBL, Greg calls it- GAME OVER

    Obama Wins

With Pennsylvania and Ohio going for Obama, this race is over.

May God save the United States of America.

  4. IVAN

The race is over ! “We are sweeping the field, victory is ours.”

  5. Moon-howler

Bvbl reports, well what does he expect? He trashed McCain from the get-go. Prince William turned Blue. Maybe people are just sick of the radical
Republicans. (not the good ones, the bad ones)

TurnPWBlue! Congratulations! It looks like you did it.

Obama ahead in VA by 1400 votes.

election board site is slow slow slow tonight.

  6. Cat Scratch Fever

Can we thank Chairman Stewart and his pals for turning PW BLUE!!?!!

  7. IVAN

Perhaps Greg L. is considering a move back to Canada, if they’ll have him. Maybe we could have a “buy Greg a plane ticket” party at a local restaurant.

  8. Slowpoke Rodriguez

Congrats, Loony Lefties! Now, with any luck you’ll get a super-majority, and we’ll see what you got!

  9. Moon-howler

Cat, I think that explains why some things happened as they did last year.

Ivan, only if he takes the minions with him.

  10. Moon-howler

Too soon to cheer, Ivan. I don’t want to jinx anything. It took me a long time to get in the Obama camp. I can wait to cheer.

  11. Moon-howler

Why thank you Slow. It is obvious that you don’t know left from center. Put that Kool ade container down.

There is about a 20k difference for Virginia now. I expect them to call it fairly soon.
That’s about 85% of the precincts reporting.

  12. Moon-howler

    31k difference now.

  13. DiversityGal

almost 60,000 ahead now in VA according to CNN…

  14. Slowpoke Rodriguez

    MH,

Kool-Aid. No, not everyone here is super-left….but most for certain.

Again, Congrats. Now if you’ll excuse me, I must locate some strong antiemetics.

  15. Moon-howler

Slow, I don’t know what to tell you. Alanna is conservative and I am moderate. I simply do not know how to have a conversation with someone who applies labels based on so little.

    Thanks though.

DG, I am coming up with 48k in VA.

  16. Alanna

Adios Lou Barletta! Hazleton Mayor who ran for the 11th Congressional District in Pennsylvania, looks like he lost.

Glad to see this guy bite the dust.

  17. TWINAD

Thanks for that tidbit Alanna! Love your second paragraph! Ha!

John McCain is giving his concession speech. He is very much the gentleman and could not have been more gracious. He has always been a fine person. He ran a tough race in times that simply did not favor Republicans.
