Those are the sound bytes. So who won, who lost, who was a fool and who will be the candidate? Your opinions please.

Santorum and Bachmann should just cut their losses and bail out now. They’ve become insignificant. Romney and Perry have figured out how to get the most coverage – challenge each other by name and then, of course, there’s that extra time for rebuttal. (Santorum hasn’t figured out that he’s not supposed to play the role of Sunday morning talking-head and yap over another candidate.) Paul is unelectable. Newt, though better here than in earlier performances, is also unelectable.
I think they left little doubt that business rather than people is their top priority. I know, I know….business is supposed to trickle down jobs. But with tax breaks intact, where are the jobs? I know, I know…everyone is terrified of Obamacare so they’re not going to trickle those jobs just yet. A little later, if Obama is defeated, the floodgates will open and jobs will rush out. Nothing is done for political reasons. I believe in the tooth fairy!!!
I was impressed by Huntsman, Gingrich, and Cain. Perry is showing weak links in his armor. Romney did well, but he’s just boring!

Agree Romney did well and think he would be strong in the general,
but have serious doubts he will get the Republican nomination.
The battle will be over the Tea Party/GOP decision if they want a 100%
“true believer” or the best candidate to defeat Obama.
Romney and Perry need to stop bickering like school children and present a vision. Same with the others. My feelings about all of them are that they have no vision of America that they want to share.
@Cargosquid
That would be if they had a vision. Perry can’t seem to think outside of Texas and Romney is stuck in the past somewhere. The Florida staw poll may shed some new light on things and I thinkwe have yet to see what the Republican ticket will look like–Governor Christy may well be pushed into running and will probably beat out all of the rest but don’t know if he can beat Obama.
